She currently serves as the Director of the International Relations Office at Far Eastern University (FEU), following her tenure as the Assistant Program Head for Laboratory at FEU's Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHM). Her diverse career spans roles as an executive hospital and restaurant chef, international conference presenter, and co-creator of the Weigh to Go culinary venture alongside celebrity chef Rosebud Benitez. She holds a PhD in International Hospitality Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University, a Culinary Arts Diploma from CCA Manila, and a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomas, backed by elite industry credentials including ServSafe and Certified Guest Service Professional designations. ✈️
