๐ข Anti-Bullying and Safety Awareness Orientation
Our school extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Ifugao Provincial Mobile Force Company(IPMFC), headed by PLTCOL Dwight L. Fagyan, for conducting an informative Anti-Bullying and Safety Awareness Orientation at our school.
The orientation was facilitated by Sgt. Irish Man Badangayon, who emphasized the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment. He assured the learners that the police officers are not only law enforcers but also their "kuyas" and friendsโapproachable individuals whom students can trust and seek help from whenever needed.
During the session, Sgt. Badangayon discussed the different roles involved in bullyingโthe bully, the victim, and the bystanderโand encouraged learners to take a stand against bullying. Students were reminded to immediately report any incidents of bullying to their teachers or to any police officer they encounter. He stressed that reporting concerns helps protect everyone and contributes to a safer school community.
The orientation also highlighted important safety reminders, including:
โ
Always wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle.
โ
Never remove the side mirrors of motorcycles or vehicles, as they are essential in preventing accidents.
โ
Avoid cutting classes and always practice responsible behavior both inside and outside the school.
At the end of the program, Sir Orlando De Leon expressed the school's sincere appreciation to the Ifugao Provincial Mobile Force Company for their time, dedication, and valuable reminders. He acknowledged their unwavering commitment to educating and guiding the learners toward becoming responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious individuals.
Once again, we thank the Ifugao Provincial Mobile Force Company for partnering with our school in promoting anti-bullying awareness, road safety, and student discipline. Together, let us continue to build a safe, respectful, and caring learning environment for all.
