👇🏼The last thing you need in this season Woman of God is more “just friends.”
We’re done with surface.
We’re done with small talk.
We’re done with pretenders who clap in public but question in private.
Woman of God, I’m talking to leaders.
The ones carrying movements.
The ones birthing vision.
The ones who feel the weight of what God placed in their belly.
When you are called to lead at a high level, friendship is not enough.
You need covenant.
You need loyalty.
You need Kingdom family.
Because one of the hardest things about leadership isn’t the vision. It’s finding people who can survive the warfare around it.
When accusations rise.
When gossip circulates.
When “Judas situations” make no sense.
When the attacks feel personal and the heaviness is real.
Many don’t understand what God takes a leader through in private. The crushing. The isolation. The stretching.
And then comes what I call the loyalty test.
God tests hearts before He allows proximity to the mantle. He hears the conversations.
He sees the intentions.
He knows who is serious about you and who is serious about access.
Look at Elijah and Elisha.
Elisha was told to stay behind.
He refused.
He followed through transition.
He stayed through pressure.
He remained when others would have left.
That kind of loyalty is rare.
It’s sacred.
It’s costly.
And leaders feel it.
Because when you carry oil, you can discern who is there for the moment and who is there for the mission.
For the leader reading this:
Trust the Lord. He knows who belongs in your circle. You cannot allow everyone access to something holy.
This is why I birthed She’s Kingdom.
Not a room for casual connection.
But a Kingdom women community.
Women who forgive quickly.
Women who carry honor.
Women who refuse bitterness.
Women who are faithful, on fire, and birthing global vision.
This is where leaders learn how to persevere when attacks come.
Where you gain language for what you’re walking through.
Where you are covered in prayer and sharpened in wisdom.
If you are called to release your voice, lead movements and not just attend them, you don’t need more friends. You need Kingdom alignment.
