People Power is not just about Aquino vs. Marcos. It is about Filipinos who fought for their freedom, rights, and lives. It is about the people who lost their loved ones, the blood that was shed, the voices that were stolen from them, and the rights that were taken away.

Back in 1986, almost 2 million Filipinos stood hand-in-hand along the Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) — bravely fighting for their right, freedom, and justice against the government that oppressed them for a long time. This historic moment reminds us how solidarity and courage work together — it could change and restore the democracy.

People Power Revolution is not just a history but this is a reminder for every people to vote wisely, use your vote in a right way. Your vote is not just a marks on ballot;it is a voice for all Filipinos, especially for those struggling to survive each day—"𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗴, 𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝘂𝗸𝗮". Let us be the voice for the voiceless, be the eyes for the blind, be ear for the unheard.

As we commemorate the 40th anniversary of the People Power EDSA Revolution, let us honor the sacrifices of our fellow Filipinos who fought for freedom. Let us never forget the past, because those who do not know their history are bound to repeat it. Let us continue to uphold and glorify the legacy of People Power.

The nights were filled with cries, and families mourned for their loved ones.

The Young Educators Society (YES) of Holy Child Jesus College managed the Foundation Day Exhibit with the theme of "Exposition of HCJCians Student Creativity" at HCJC Campus last November 28, 2025.

This activity, featuring hard work and innovative projects from students across all college departments, was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the YES Organization. Especially, it showcased how diligence and teamwork can bring great outcomes.

We were truly proud of the dynamic academic and artistic achievements exhibited by our students!

💚 𝙎𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙙𝙚: 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮

Last November 22, 2025, the Young Educators Society (YES) of Holy Child Jesus College teamed up for a major environmental initiative in Brgy. Peñafrancia, Gumaca, Quezon.

It was inspiring to see the dedication of all First Year College of Education Students, alongside our committed YES Officers, as they spent the day getting their hands dirty and planting the future. This project not only helps combat climate change but also instills a crucial sense of environmental stewardship in our future educators.

A huge thank you to Hon. Sergio Apohin for his invaluable support and assistance in making this event possible. Your commitment to a greener community is truly appreciated!

Let's watch these saplings grow and remember that every tree planted is an investment in a healthier, sustainable future for Gumaca.
