DAY 2 of Intramurals 2025 was nothing short of spectacular! 🌟

The morning kicked off with exciting Laro ng Lahi games that brought laughter and wonderful sense of camaraderie. ❤️

The excitement carried over from Day 1, but the games grew more intense as our athletes battled it out with skills, determination, and sportsmanship. 🏀🏸🏊‍♂️🏊🏼‍♀️

Cheers echoed across the field and court, reminding us that this event is not just about winning, but about unity, passion, and school pride!

The much awaited Intramurals 2025 began with a grand opening parade followed by a short but meaningful opening program that set the tone for an exciting activities ahead.

Highlights of the program included the traditional torch lighting 🔥, oath of sportsmanship 🤝, and the ceremonial declaration of the games - marking the start of friendly competitions across different sports and activities. 🏀🏐🏸🎊

With the crowd’s cheers and the athletes’ determination filling the air, Day 1 has already proven that this year’s intramurals will be one to remember!

⏰This July 28, 2025, Homonhon National High School joined the fun and purpose in celebrating Nutrition Month with full energy, creativity, and unity! Anchored on the theme: “💚 Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat”,
our school came together to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition and healthy living for all.

Event Highlights:
1. Free medical and dental check-ups.
2. Health Education on Drug Prevention.
3. Adolescent Reproductive Health talk.
4. Mental Health Awareness Talk.

The participation of teachers, health professionals, parents, and community stakeholders reinforced the importance of collective action in creating a safe and healthy learning environment. As part of the DepEd’s Oplan Kalusugan, this initiative not only addressed physical health but also emphasized the importance of emotional and social well-being — fostering a culture of care, awareness, and empowerment among the students. 💫
