You will hear many complaints from people saying that one teacher is better than another, without realizing that teachers are built differently.

We are people with different experiences, personalities, strengths, and ways of teaching
and that is what makes us special. Our pupils ge
to experience a different version of a teacher every year, and each one leaves something meaningful behind.

I hope people learn to embrace that. We may be different from one another, but we all have one goal: to be the best teachers we can be for our pupils. We don’t have to be the same to make a difference.
