Let these verses be a reminder for us, that many will cause divisions among us here on earth but ours is to proclaim the soon return of the Lord and preserve ourselves against unholiness, against impurities, against sin. May this be a reminder that nobody on earth can provide what you need in your daily life, nobody but our Father in heaven.

Refocus our goals from the desires of the world to the selfless effort of saving the lost souls.

Jude 20-23

My friends, keep on building yourselves up on your most sacred faith. Pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and keep yourselves in the love of God, as you wait for our Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy to give you eternal life.

Show mercy toward those who have doubts; save others by snatching them out of the fire; and to others show mercy mixed with fear, but hate their very clothes, stained by their sinful lusts.
