“I’d love to try freediving, but I don’t think I can hold my breath for very long.”

If that’s going through your head right now - don't worry, it’s completely normal!

Breath-hold is actually just a small piece of the puzzle.

Before a dive feels easy and comfortable, there are a few key things to master: getting your equalization right, finding a relaxed body position, moving efficiently, and getting comfortable with the unique sensations underwater.

That’s exactly what we focus on in our Discovery Course.

You’ll have me right by your side every step of the way.

We cover the theory first, practice the exercises together, and review how you feel after every dive. We take it step-by-step building your confidence in the classroom, the pool, and out in the open ocean.

For me, the best part of coaching is watching a student finally click with their own body underwater and truly enjoy the dive. That’s where real progress begins.

🎸 ACOUSTIC NIGHT & HORROR STORIES — Unwind to unplugged acoustic tunes and share spine-chilling local ghost stories as the night sets in.

🌊 OCEAN CLEAN-UP — Honor the sea that sustains us by giving back! Join our coastal and underwater cleanup initiative to protect Albay’s marine life.
