Just completed another reset.
72 hours. Water only (with ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ) bit.ly/4ndGlf2
Now gently transitioning back with
Not to show offโbut to better understand what the body does when given time without food intake.
This is not done casually. I donโt fast randomly. Iโve built up to this over time.
Preparation, nutrition before and after fasting, and proper refeeding are always part of the process.
๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐-๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ, the body shifts in sequence:
Helps preserve muscle tissue and supports repair efficiency while energy intake is low.
As stored glycogen runs low, the body gradually shifts from glucose use to fat oxidation and ketone production for energy.
The body activates its internal recycling systemโclearing and breaking down damaged or inefficient cellular components, then reusing what can still be optimized.
During refeeding:
As food is reintroduced, the body transitions from cleanup mode into rebuilding mode.
Research in metabolic fasting, including clinical insights referenced by Dr. Pradip Jamnadas and other researchers, suggests this phase supports renewal and replacement of cellular structures that were cleared during fasting.
To understand this properly, context matters.
In earlier human environments, fasting was not a structured practice.
It was simply a result of survival conditionsโfood was not constantly available, and eating naturally followed cycles of abundance and scarcity.
The human body adapted to that rhythm over thousands of years.
But in todayโs environment, that rhythm has changed.
Food is now constant, easily accessible, and often consumed without natural gaps.
The environment shifted, but the biology that adapted to cycles of intake and rest is still the same.
This is where the idea of
Think of it like a car ๐
You donโt wait for the engine to break down before you take care of it.
You maintain it regularly so it performs better, lasts longer, and operates efficiently over time.
Your body works in a similar wayโit benefits from periods of input and periods of rest to reset internal systems that are constantly running.
And it brings up a deeper question:
If the body is designed around cycles of intake, repair, and rebuilding
Is constant eating actually supporting our biologyโor disrupting a rhythm we no longer recognize?

Global surveys reveal the same pattern every year:
People everywhere make the same top New Yearโs resolutionsโฆ and most never achieve them.
According to Forbes / OnePoll:
Exercise more / improve fitness
Save more money
Improve mental health / happiness
Asia-Pacific survey of 5,500 adults:
โข Exercise more (59%)
โข Eat healthier (58%)
โข Save more money (53%)
Notice something? #1 on nearly every list is health or fitness.
And yetโฆ most people still struggle to reach these goals.
Why resolutions fail
Because we chase results โ โlose weight,โ โsave money,โ โbe happierโ โ without fixing the foundation first:
โข Relying on willpower instead of systems
โข Setting vague goals instead of daily habits
โข Trying to change everything at once
โข Expecting energy, focus, and consistency to show up magically
The result? Another year ends with the same resolutionsโฆ and the same frustration.
Hereโs what most people miss:
๐ก Health isnโt just a resolution. Itโs the foundation for all your top goals.
โ
Healthier body โ more energy โ better decisions with money and work
โ
Consistent energy + regulated emotions โ less stress, more happiness
โ
Supported metabolism, sleep, and recovery โ easier consistency for every goal
Good health doesnโt compete with your resolutions โ
it makes them possible.
This year, if you finally focused on real health first โ not crash diets or quick fixes โ what would change most in your life?

If you want to be better at something but feel afraid to start, remember this:
Treat it as something within your reach. You have the same potential as anyone who has achieved extraordinary things. It all begins in the mind โ believing you can and trusting yourself enough to take the first step.
Just because you can doesnโt mean youโll be the best on Day 1. Youโll be bad at it for a while โ and thatโs okay. Every skill has an โI suck at thisโ phase. No one skips it.
If you stay intentional and persistent, what once felt uncomfortable becomes effortless. Growth isnโt magic โ itโs a habit you build over time.
๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ: Growth doesnโt happen all at once. Each small step, each attempt, moves you closer to becoming the person you want to be.
