'' AWARENESS AND ELIMINATION OF LGBTQ DISCRIMINATION ''
INTRODUCTION
Discrimination refers to unfair or unequal treatment of an individual (or group) based on certain characteristic, including: age, disability, ethnicity, gender, marital status, national origin, race, religion, and sexual orientation (Thomson Reuter, 2016). Discrimination isn't just an insult of our basic notions of fitness. It aslo costs money, as some of our best and brightest players are, in essence, sidelined (David Futrelle, TIMW, Feb. 19,2013).
In the Philippines, discrimination nowadays is so rampant in public and private schools both in rural and urban areas, Public high school students across the Philippines experience bullying and discrimination in school because of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Moreover, these public school students experience disappointment, depression, anxiety, unfairness, neglecting, feeling guilt and emptiness or worst they commit su***de. This abuse can cause deep and lasting harm and curtail students right to education under Philippines and International law (Human Right Watch, 2018).
PURPOSE
Discrimination among LGBTQ student is not new issue to our society nowadays. LGBTQ students experience bullying and discrimination which can result to lack of confidence, self-reliance and courage to show to others what they have got. We all know the result of discrimination of LGBTQ students can cause depressions. So now, we are here to inform all students to avoid discriminating the LGBTQ victims. Instead of lacking their confidence in a way of discrimination, we need to motivate them to lift up their minds and their hearts that discriminating is not the only reason that can let them down.
DESCRIPTION
School should be a safe place for everyone, students who are le***an, gay, bisexual, and transgender are too often find that their study experience is marred by bullying, discrimination, lack of access to LGBTQ related information and in some cases, physical or sexual assault. These abuse cause deep and lasting harm and curtail students right education protected under Philippines and International law. The LGBTQ cannot experience bullying and discrimination in school because of this project and help them to motivate themselves. We'll use page that will help us in our campaign. With this app we can easily help the victim of discrimination by posting inspirational thoughts, pictures, videos and others that can motivate to them. With these ways, we can help them to cope up their trials in life. So they can live comfortably without the discrimination of anyone.

Social media is the platform that we will use in our campaign. LGBTQ is a part of our society that we made as an inspiration to join pageant to show their talent to inspire and motivate them.
