Mr. Julius C. Ceralde, LPT, shared his views on the importance of NSTP in shaping responsible citizens. He quoted, "𝑨𝒔 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒘𝒆𝒚 𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒅, '𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒓𝒔.'
