☑ Must have no grade below 1.7 in all subjects from the previous semester

We are proud to share that our Academic Director, Dr. May Maeh V. Tobato, LPT, represented our school at the “CONVERGE TO ACHIEVE: The Higher Education Summit” conducted by the Commission on Higher Education on September 15, 2025, at the Manila Hotel.

This high-level gathering highlighted the accomplishments aligned with the ACHIEVE Agenda during the first 100 days of CHED Chairperson Shirley C. Agrupis and discussed strategic directions for its sustained implementation.

This participation reflects our strong commitment to academic excellence and our continuous support for initiatives that advance Philippine higher education.

On September 3-4, 2025, the fact-finding visit regarding the complaint on the continued implementation of online classes in the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) program was successfully conducted. The inspection was carried out with the presence and guidance of CHEDRO XII Supervisors Engr. Jhan Jkem Fontanilla, Dr. Ma. Theresa N. Magdolot, and Ms. Leah S. Manon-og, MPA. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the unwavering support of our School Administrator, Atty. Cyd Charisse P. Non-Dizon, REA, REB, and our Academic Director, Dr. May Maeh V. Tobato, LPT, whose leadership and commitment ensured the smooth and transparent conduct of this activity. This milestone reflects our dedication to upholding quality education, compliance with academic standards, and the best interests of our students.
