The ROTC Closing Ceremony for School Year 2025–2026 opened with the Arrival of Honors led by 𝐌𝐎𝐂𝐂 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐲 𝐉. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, as we welcomed our distinguished Guest Speaker, 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂. 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐍 (𝐆𝐒𝐂), 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨. The program proceeded with the Entry of Colors, followed by Christian and Muslim prayers symbolizing unity, faith, and gratitude, and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
This memorable event was made possible through the dedication and leadership of the individuals who took part in every segment of the ceremony. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐀. 𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧, 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, whose welcome remarks set a meaningful and inspiring tone for the entire program.
Our appreciation goes to 𝐒𝟏𝐒𝐊 𝐊𝐢𝐦 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐏. 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐍, 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟, for the clear and formal reading of completion orders, marking a significant milestone in the cadets’ journey. We also recognize 𝐋𝐓𝐉𝐆 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐚 𝐃. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐨 𝐏𝐍, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭, for her leadership and for presenting the graduates, highlighting their discipline, perseverance, and commitment.
With great respect, we thank 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂. 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐍 (𝐆𝐒𝐂), 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨, whose presence added honor to the occasion. His declaration of graduates and his words of guidance served as a strong source of motivation and pride for all.

The distribution of certificates, led by 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐂. 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐍 (𝐆𝐒𝐂), 𝐋𝐓𝐉𝐆 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐚 𝐃. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐨 𝐏𝐍, 𝐄𝐍𝐒 𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐨 𝐒. 𝐀𝐛𝐚ñ𝐨 𝐏𝐍 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐌. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐨, 𝐑𝐏𝐌, became a proud recognition of the achievements and sacrifices of each cadet throughout their ROTC training.
We also give special recognition to 𝐏𝐅𝐂 𝐉𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐮 𝐎. 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐏𝐍 (𝐌)(𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬, whose confidence and guidance ensured the smooth and organized flow of the entire program from beginning to end.
The ceremony concluded with the Exit of Colors, marking not just the end of the program, but the beginning of a new chapter for all graduates. This event stands as a testament to the leadership, service, and collective effort of everyone who contributed to its success.
