We post the highlight reels, but the behind-the-scenes is where most of us actually live. Real connection doesn't start when everything's perfect — it starts when 𝓌𝑒'𝓇𝑒 𝒽𝑜𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝒶𝒷𝑜𝓊𝓉 𝓌𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓌𝑒 𝓉𝓇𝓊𝓁𝓎 𝒻𝑒𝑒𝓁.

So let's normalize talking about the things that are actually on our minds.
