A gentle reminder to all Trinitarians: how we present ourselves reflects the discipline, respect, and pride we carry as members of the HTC community.

•𝙈𝙊𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙔 𝙏𝙊 𝙁𝙍𝙄𝘿𝘼𝙔: 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙍𝙄𝘽𝙀𝘿 𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙇 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙈. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙉𝙊 𝙒𝘼𝙎𝙃 𝘿𝘼𝙔 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮.

With the current class schedule, students report to campus only twice a week for Face-to-Face (F2F) classes. For this reason, students are expected to observe the prescribed school uniform throughout the week.

Whether your classes are F2F or ONLINE, if you are entering the school premises, you are required to wear your prescribed school uniform.

•𝙉𝙊 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙍𝙄𝘽𝙀𝘿 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙈, 𝙉𝙊 𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙔 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙎.

•FOR STUDENTS WITH AN EXEMPTION CARD
-Having an Exemption Card allows a student to be exempted from wearing the prescribed uniform under qualified circumstances. However, it does not exempt the student from observing the school’s decent attire and dress code requirements.

Please ensure that your attire remains proper, decent, appropriate, and respectful while inside the campus.

Exemption Cards may be issued for qualified cases such as:
• Pregnancy requiring maternity dress
• Mourning due to the death of a family member
• Working students with a company business uniform
• Internship, OJT, or Office Practice
• Other qualified circumstances subject to the required approval

Students requesting an exemption must secure the necessary approval from the Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS). Certain cases may require prior approval from the Office of the President.

Holy Trinity College of General Santos City brought student leadership, engagement, and collaboration to life through the 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓 2026 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 10 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝑰𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑺 2026: 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓-𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑, conducted by the 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 (𝑶𝑺𝑨𝑺), on 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 11 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒙 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓 2026 celebrated the creativity, advocacies, and passion of HTC’s recognized student clubs and organizations for AY 2026–2027. Through the Giving of Certificates of Recognition and the Advocacy Booth Competition, students were given opportunities to connect, participate, and turn their advocacies into meaningful action.

Meanwhile, 𝑷𝑰𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑺 2026, 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑭𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔: 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, equipped student leaders with practical skills in organizational leadership, collaboration, well-being, and managing differences.

The seminar featured 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑹𝒉𝒐𝒅𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒚 𝑬𝒃𝒂𝒅, 𝑳𝑷𝑻, who facilitated the session 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇. 𝑹𝒆𝒏𝒋 𝑩𝒈 𝑺. 𝑩𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒐, 𝑴𝑺, 𝑹𝑷𝒔𝒚, 𝑹𝑷𝒎, 𝑳𝑷𝑻, 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓: 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍-𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑩𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔. Their insights and expertise helped student leaders strengthen their organizations while also recognizing the importance of personal well-being and effective leadership.

From building stronger organizations to nurturing responsible leaders, these activities reminded us that true leadership was not simply about holding a position—it was about inspiring action, empowering others, and creating positive change.

On 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐇𝐓𝐂-𝐒𝐒𝐂) facilitated the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐨-𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐎𝐀𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 at 𝐄𝐌𝐂 𝟏.

The orientation was attended by the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐃𝐒𝐂) 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐲 𝐋. 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨, as members of the ROAR 2026 Organizing Committee.

The activity focused on the final clarification and alignment of guidelines, procedures, and responsibilities for the various sports and socio-academic events. This initiative aims to ensure proper coordination, consistency in implementation, and the orderly conduct of the upcoming intramurals.

Through collaborative preparation and shared responsibility, the HTC-SSC and the organizing committee reaffirm their commitment to fostering an organized, inclusive, and meaningful 𝐑𝐎𝐀𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 for the entire Trinitarian community.
