SELECTION OF TOP 3 PREFERRED PROGRAMS
Regular and IDEA Admission Categories

As some degree programs have already reached full capacity, all applicants under the Regular Admission Category who did not receive any program slot, as well as all applicants under the IDEA Admission Category, are advised to select up to three (3) available programs as alternative choices, ranked from most preferred to least preferred, following the schedule below:

Regular Admission Category (with no program slot)–June 12–13, 2026; SASE Scores: 83-99
Release of Final Course Allocation Results – June 14, 2026

IDEA Admission Category – June 14–17, 2026
SASE Scores: 82 and below
Release of Final Course Allocation Results – June 18, 2026

Assigning of slots is system-generated based on criteria and not on the SASE score alone. Applicants are advised to regularly monitor their portal within their scheduled time, as slot availability and ranking may change based on the applicant’ total weighted points (criteria-based), and may require applicants to update their three (3) alternative program choices from time to time until the deadline.

Applicants will be sent a Confirmation Notice and notified of their admission status through the portal and registered email.
Applicants are given only 24 hours to confirm their program offering; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of their slot. Once confirmed, applicants will be given two (2) working days from the date of confirmation to submit their enrollment documents at the Admissions Office, Student Support Services Center, MSU- General Santos, Fatima, General Santos City.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be Regional or National Achievers in their respective sports disciplines with proven athletic accomplishments.

Applicants who qualify within the Top 20% of the BS Nursing program were already sent a Confirmation Notice. Kindly check your admission portal and email to confirm your slot.

Once you receive your Confirmation Notice for your program offering, please confirm your slot within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your slot. Stay updated and act promptly.

𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳:
The ranking for the 80% of the absorptive capacity is still ongoing. An official announcement will be released once the process is completed. Applicants are advised to regularly monitor their Admission Portal and email for further updates.
