“ it’s not enough to just attached your CV”
Hello connections,
I have an important Reminder for Job Applicants:
please when applying for a job via email remember that your email serve as your first impression and it's crucial to go beyond just attaching your CV.
Here's what your Email should include:
1️⃣ Subject Line : Clearly state the position you're applying for.
Example: Application for [Job Title] Position
2️⃣ Introduction: Start with a professional greeting and a brief introduction about yourself.
Example: "Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to express my interest in the [Job Title] position advertised on [Where you found the job listing]."
3️⃣ Body: Highlight your relevant skills, experiences, and why you're a great fit for the role. (Tailor this section to match the job requirements)
Example: "With over [X years] of experience in [relevant field], I have successfully [mention an accomplishment or relevant project]. I am particularly excited about [specific aspect of the job/or company] and believe my skills in [relevant skill] make me well-suited for this role."
4️⃣ Closing: Thank the recipient for considering your application and express your enthusiasm for the opportunity.
Example: "Thank you for considering my application. I am eager to further discuss how my background aligns with the needs of [Company Name]. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to your team."
a well-crafted email can significantly enhance your chances.
Good luck all! 👍🏼
