“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28

Congratulations, Class of 2026!

Every challenge, sacrifice, and prayer along the way had a purpose. Through moments of doubt, perseverance, and growth, God has been quietly at work—shaping your character, strengthening your faith, and preparing you for what lies ahead.

Guided by the theme “Excellence with Compassion: Batang DICES Graduates for Church and Nation,” you were taught to give your best while remaining mindful of others. Excellence was never meant to stand alone—it was shaped by empathy, respect, and service.

As you step into new journeys filled with hope, may you trust that even the hardest seasons are never wasted.

Once again, congratulations, Batang DICES! May the Holy Spirit continue to guide you and grant you courage as you pursue your calling, and may excellence guide your work and compassion define your service, now and always.

“He is not here; He has risen. Remember how He told you… that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinners, be crucified, and on the third day be raised again.” — Luke 24:6–7

On this Easter Sunday, we rejoice in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, who rose on the third day in fulfillment of His promise. By rising from the tomb, He conquered death, redeemed humanity, and opened the gift of eternal life to all who place their trust in Him.

The Resurrection calls us to live in this new life and reminds us that hope endures, that light triumphs over darkness, and that God’s love never fails.

Even after the Lenten season, may the joy of the Resurrection take root in our hearts and guide us so that our lives bear witness to the hope, love, and new life Christ brings to the world.

Ash Wednesday reminds us of a truth we often ignore: we are fragile, and our time is limited. Yet even in our weakness, God’s mercy surrounds us—faithful, patient, and unending.

Today, the Church calls us into Lent—a sacred season to reflect, to pray, and to renew our hearts. It is a time to acknowledge where we have strayed, turn back to God, and grow in love, discipline, and care for others. Lent invites us to a sincere change of heart, so that our lives may reflect God’s grace, lived with integrity and devotion.

As one DICES community, we begin this journey together. May this season guide our hearts, strengthen our faith, and prepare us to greet Easter with hope and a life lived fully in God’s mercy.

Today, the Church celebrates the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. In 1858, at the grotto of Massabielle in Lourdes, France, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to Saint Bernadette Soubirous and revealed herself as the Immaculate Conception. In doing so, Mary confirmed the Church’s teaching on her sinless origin and showed how God’s grace works through humility and obedience.

During the apparitions, Mary called the faithful to prayer, penance, and conversion. She instructed Bernadette to dig in the ground, from which a spring flowed—a simple act that became a lasting sign of God’s mercy. While many seek physical healing at Lourdes, Mary reminds us that the deeper healing is found in turning away from sin and returning to God.

As we honor Our Lady of Lourdes today, let us respond to her maternal call. May we pray the Holy Rosary with devotion, seek the sacraments with sincere hearts, and live out our faith through acts of charity and humility each day.

Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for us.

The World Day of the Sick invites us to reflect on suffering with faith, compassion, and genuine care. Sickness often brings not only physical pain, but also fear, loneliness, and uncertainty—and in these moments, those who are sick deserve to be met with dignity, respect, and love.

This year’s theme, “The compassion of the Samaritan: loving by bearing another’s pain,” reminds us that true Christian compassion means standing close to those who suffer and never turning away from their pain.

As followers of Christ, we lift in prayer the sick, the elderly, and all who care for them. May our prayers be shown through simple acts of kindness and patience, so that no one ever feels alone and hope grows in every heart; and may we always reflect the healing love of Christ in all we do.

Catholic Education Week is a time to honor the mission of our schools: forming minds and hearts in faith, wisdom, and service. It reminds us of the dedication of teachers, administrators, families, and students who walk together in truth and hope.

In this spirit, the Diocese of Imus invites all communities to unite in prayer.

May this prayer strengthen our mission, inspire collaboration, and guide us to live as witnesses of Christ in faith, hope, and love.

The Diocese of Imus, united with the Church and Catholic educational institutions nationwide, celebrates Catholic Education Week 2026, from January 26 to 31, in honor of the Feast of St. Thomas Aquinas, Patron of Catholic Education.

With the theme “Drawing New Maps of Hope: ‘Educational Constellations’ in Our Times,” the Diocese renews the mission of Catholic education: to form young people in truth, wisdom, and virtue—preparing them to be intellectually competent, morally upright, spiritually grounded, and socially responsible.

Through the Diocese of Imus Catholic Educational System, Inc. (DICES), the Diocese of Imus affirms its commitment to walk in unity, strengthen bonds of faith, and chart new maps of hope—calling Catholic schools and communities to witness peace, uphold integrity, and live the fullness of faith.
