1. The applicant must be a Grade 6 completer.
2. He/she must have a general average of 90 or above as reflected in the form SF9 (School Report Card)
3. He/she must pass the qualifying exam, interview and reading comprehension.
4. He/she will be rated based on the following criteria:
a.) Qualifying exam - 40%
b.) Interview - 40%
c.) Reading Comprehension - 20%
Total: 100%
Rating for the reading comprehension will be coming from English and Filipino category—10% each.
5. Applicants who will reach the over-all rating of 80% and above will be qualified for ranking.
6. The top 80 applicants will be included in the star section.
7. No special exam and interview will be given for the late applicants.
