The 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 – 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 successfully held 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐤𝐚 – 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 on April 27, 2026. The event brought together students from 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, and 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, forming teams to design and construct a two-storey miniature structure through fast-paced and strategic building challenges.

On April 27, 2026 the 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 – 𝐓𝐔𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 pushed participants into a precision-driven challenge through the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞.

Students from 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 formed teams of 2–3 members to design and produce four identical concrete cylinders from a single mix, carefully balancing strength, density, cost, and accuracy while estimating compressive capacity before testing.

Students from 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 showcased their knowledge and critical thinking through a challenging intellectual battle that tested precision and resilience.
