Welcome to Luto Serye: Episode 2! ๐ฝ๏ธโจ
Today, we discover how different cooking methodsโboiling, frying, baking, steaming, and sautรฉing ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐ฅโeach involve amazing chemistry that affects the nutrition and taste of our food. Boiling helps soften food and release nutrients into the water, frying triggers the Maillard reaction for crisp textures but adds fats ๐, baking causes caramelization and rising reactions that make bread fluffy ๐ฅ, steaming preserves vitamins and keeps food moist ๐ฅฆ๐ง, and sautรฉing uses quick heat to enhance color, aroma, and flavor ๐ณ๐.
Each method changes food components like carbohydrates ๐, proteins ๐, and vitamins ๐, showing us that cooking is truly daily-life chemistry ๐ฌโhelping us make meals that are enjoyable, nutritious, and smart for our health ๐ฑ๐.
