🎯 RATIONALE
The Citizenship Training Program (CTP) aims to develop students into disciplined, responsible, and goal-oriented individuals through leadership and discipline training. It provides essential knowledge, practical skills, and meaningful experiences that prepare learners for future career paths. Through this program, students enhance their confidence, strengthen teamwork, and discover their potential as future leaders and responsible citizens.

• Registration Period: March 25–27, 2026
• Orientation and Training: April 6–8, 2026
✅ BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
• Be a bonafide and currently Grade 9 completer student of E.B. Magalona National High School
• Be officially enrolled in the school offering the program
• Have good moral character, with no record of violations or pending guidance cases
• Be physically and mentally fit to participate in training activities
• Be willing to follow program rules, discipline, and standards
📝 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
• Duly accomplished application form
• Photocopy of latest report card
• Signed Parent/Guardian Waiver and Consent
