Ang batas ay para sa lahat. Walang babae ang dapat maiwan—lalo na ang mga Katutubong kababaihan.

Sa pagdiriwang ng 17th Signing Anniversary ng Magna Carta of Women (MCW), alamin kung paano pinangangalagaan ng Indigenous Peoples' Rights Act (IPRA) at ng Magna Carta of Women ang mga karapatan ng mga Katutubong kababaihan at tinutugunan ang magkakaugnay na diskriminasyong kanilang nararanasan bilang babae at bilang Katutubo.

Tuklasin sa handbook na ito ang mga batas na nagsusulong ng pagkakapantay-pantay, paggalang sa kultura, at proteksiyon sa karapatan ng bawat Katutubong babae.

#𝐆𝐀𝐃𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 | Sa paggunita ng 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌 ngayong ikatlong linggo ng Agosto (Proclamation No. 92, s. 2001), kaisa ang Gender and Development Office sa pagtataguyod ng isang ligtas, malusog, at may kaalamang komunidad.

Hatid namin ang mahalagang gabay sa F.A.S.T. upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng bawat pamilya laban sa banta ng stroke. Ang maagang pagtukoy sa mga sintomas at mabilis na pag-aksyon ay nakapagliligtas ng buhay! 🧠⚡

Sa paggunita ng ika-17 Anibersaryo ng Magna Carta of Women (RA 9710), patuloy nating isulong ang isang lipunang kumikilala sa kakayahan, tinig, at karapatan ng mga kababaihan.

Ang tunay na pagkakapantay-pantay ay nakikita sa pantay na pagkakataon, makabuluhang pakikilahok, at kalayaang mamuhay nang may dignidad at walang diskriminasyon.

ISU Specials | Today, Isabela State University (ISU) joins the nation to commemorate the 17th Anniversary of the Magna Carta of Women, affirming the principle that women’s rights are not separate from the progress of society – they are fundamental to it.

The Magna Carta of Women provides a clear mandate to address discrimination and ensure the substantive equality of women and men. Aside from a declaration of rights, it calls for institutions and systems that recognize women as full participants in shaping the communities and society to which they belong.

At ISU, women are integral to the work of the University. They teach and mentor, pursue and produce knowledge, lead institutions, cultivate communities, advance innovation, and serve as partners in development; and as an institution committed to education and public service, ISU recognizes its responsibility to continue building such spaces.

On this occasion, the University continues to stand with Filipino women and reaffirms its commitment to a community where women are present, heard, represented, respected, and able to shape the future they help create.

Mga ka-TNK, alam niyo ba na sa ilalim ng Republic Act 11313 o Safe Spaces Act, inaatasan ang mga employer na magtatag ng isang independent internal mechanism upang tumanggap, mag-imbestiga, at tumugon sa mga reklamo ng gender-based sexual harassment (GBSH) sa lugar ng trabaho? Ito ang tinatawag nating Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI).

Sa ating episode ngayong Biyernes na pinamagatang "𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗜 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁: 𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹," samahan ninyo kami at sina PCW Senior GAD Specialists Janssen Micah Fajardo at Jupeter Dayalo sa pagtalakay sa nalalapit na at sa mahalagang papel ng CODI sa paglikha ng safer, more respectful, at gender-responsive workplaces.

Paano nga ba nakatutulong ang CODI sa pagpigil at pagtugon sa GBSH? Ano ang mga pangunahing hamon sa pagpapatupad ng Safe Spaces Act sa workplace? At paano nagiging katuwang ang isang epektibong CODI sa pagbuo ng kultura ng zero tolerance laban sa GBSH?
