A step toward stronger student advocacy unfolded as Student Body Organizations (SBOs) of Isabela State Universityโ€“Main Campus joined fellow youth leaders at the Human Rights Schools Caravan on August 16, 2026, at Zen Hotel, Santiago City, Isabela.

With this yearโ€™s National Youth Day celebration, the gathering highlighted the importance of equipping young leaders with greater awareness of human rights and student welfare.

SANTIAGO CITY, ISABELA โ€” Student Body Organizations (SBO) from Isabela State University-Main Campus participated in the Human Rights Schools Caravan: Advancing Studentsโ€™ Rights and Welfare in Northern Luzon held on August 16, 2026, in Zen Hotel, Santiago City, Isabela.

The activity was conducted in celebration of National Youth Day. The event brings together student leaders and youth representatives to promote awareness of human rights, student welfare, and the role of young people in advancing a safe and inclusive educational environment.

The participation of the College of Engineering Student Body Organization (COE-SBO) alongside other student participants underscored ISUโ€™s commitment to developing student leaders and promoting active youth involvement. Through the caravan, COE-SBO members and other participants took part in discussions and activities that focused on human rights, student welfare, and meaningful youth engagement.
