Ingredients:

🎄 Ambiance de Noël avec Dewald 🎄
Gigot d'agneau braisé avec infusion d'herbes
Ingrédients :
4 gigots d'agneau
2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
2 oignons finement haché
3 gousses d'ail hachées
1 carotte en dés
2 tiges de céleri, coupées en dés
1 tasse de bouillon de bœuf (supplément pour la sauce si besoin)
2 tasses de bouillon de boeuf
1 boîte (14 oz) de tomates en dés
2 cuillères à soupe de pâte de tomate
1 cuillère à café de feuilles de thym fraîches
1 cuillère à café de romarin frais, haché
Sel et poivre au goût
Itinéraires :
Préchauffer le four à 325°F (163°C).
Assaisonner les gigots d'agneau avec du sel et du poivre. Dans un grand pot à l'épreuve du four, chauffer l'huile d'olive à feu moyen-élevé et faire brunir les gigots d'agneau de tous les côtés.
Enlevez les jarins et mettez de côté.
Dans la même marmite, ajoutez oignons, ail, carotte et céleri. Sauter jusqu'à ce qu'il soit ramolli.
Ajoutez 1 tasse de bouillon de bœuf pour déglaçer la marmite, en grattant tous les morceaux bruns du fond.
Remuez dans 2 autres tasses de bouillon de boeuf, dés de tomates, pâte de tomate, thym et romarin. Amène-toi à mijoter.
Retournez les gigots d'agneau dans la marmite, couvrez et transférez au four.
Braise au four pendant 2 à 2,5 heures, ou jusqu'à ce que la viande soit tendre et tombe de l'os.
Ajustez l'assaisonnement avec du sel et du poivre, et servez chaud.

Cheesecake dipped in chocolate doughnuts 🍩🍰🍫
Ingredients:
Cracker Graham's crust
1 1/2 cups of Cracker Graham crumbs
1 x 4 cup of granulated sugar
1 x 2 cup of unsalted butter melted
Cheese Cake Topping
3 packs of softened cream cheese
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of fresh cream
3 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Chocolate doughnut trim
8-10 mini chocolate-covered doughnuts, cut in half or quarters
1 cup chocolate ganache or chocolate sauce (bought in a shop or homemade)
Itineraries:
Prepare the crust:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-loaded stove. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
Make the cheese cake topping:
In a large bowl of mixture, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until it is smooth and creamy.
