The Gender and Development (GAD) Office – JRMSU Dipolog Campus is calling on 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 to complete the 𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺.

𝑾𝑬𝑳𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑬, 𝑭𝑰𝑹𝑺𝑻-𝒀𝑬𝑨𝑹 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑫𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑵𝑺𝑭𝑬𝑹𝑬𝑬𝑺! 🎓💙

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter here at Jose Rizal Memorial State University – Dipolog Campus.

As you step into your first day of class, remember these four things:

1. 𝑰𝒕’𝒔 𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒐𝒖𝒔.
Your first day may feel overwhelming, but that’s perfectly normal. Take a deep breath and trust the process. You are in good hands, and you are not alone.

2. 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆.
Be kind. Be approachable. Build connections. The classmates you meet today may become your teammates, supporters, and perhaps your “accolades” or greatest allies in the activities and challenges ahead. 🤝

3. 𝑵𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆.
There will be difficult days, distractions, and moments when you question yourself. When that happens, remember your purpose, your dreams, and the people who believe in you. Let your reason be stronger than your excuses.

4. 𝑬𝒏𝒋𝒐𝒚 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔—𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒕.
Learn, laugh, make mistakes, and grow. Cry over a failing exam if you must, but never cry yourself into giving up. A failed exam is not a failed future. Learn from it, stand up, and try again.
