Ang buong departamento ng CTE ay nakikipagdiwang sa buong bansa sa pagdiriwang ng Ika-123 anibersaryo ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas.

123 taon na ang nakalipas, tayong mga Pilipino ay nagtagpo upang ideklara at ipaglaban ang kalayaan at nagtagumpay ang sambayanang Pilipino.

Ngayon, tayo ay humaharap sa isang napakalaking hamon na sumusubok sa pagkakaisa, paninindigan at pananampalataya ng lahat ng mga Pilipino. Ngunit, kung noon ay kinaya nating makawala sa posas ng karahasan, ngayon ay kakayanin din nating labanan ang hamong hinaharap. Dahil sa ating paninindigan, MALAKAS TAYO!
