"Ang kalayaang ipinaglaban noon ay pananagutang dapat nating ingatan ngayon."

Ngayong Hunyo 12, ipinagdiriwang natin ang kalayaan ng Pilipinas at binibigyang-pugay ang katapangan, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga Pilipinong nagbigay-daan sa ating kasarinlan. Nawaโ€™y magsilbi silang inspirasyon upang patuloy nating mahalin, pahalagahan, at paglingkuran ang ating bansa.

Alam mo ba?
Noong Hunyo 12, 1898, unang iwinagayway ang watawat ng Pilipinas at unang pinatugtog ang ating pambansang awit bilang simbolo ng ating kalayaan. Ngunit may isang kakaibang detalyeโ€”wala pa itong liriko noon! Musika lamang ang narinig ng mga Pilipino sa makasaysayang araw na iyon. Ang mga salita ng pambansang awit ay isinulat pa makalipas ang ilang panahon.

โœจ Fun Fact: Ang unang pagtugtog ng pambansang awit ng Pilipinas ay instrumental lamang dahil wala pa itong lyrics noong 1898!

One week of teamwork, dedication, and service finally comes to an end. The BKD Officers and SSLG proudly stand together as we successfully completed another meaningful Brigada Eskwela journey. โค๏ธ

From cleaning classrooms to helping one another, every effort reflected the true spirit of bayanihan. This experience reminded us that leadership is not only about leading, but also about serving the community with sincerity and teamwork. ๐Ÿค
