Ilang minuto lang ang lumipas…
“Ma’am, wala rin po akong lapis…”

Nakakaawa. Nakaka-frustrate.
At paulit-ulit itong nangyayari.

Mga magulang, isang simpleng paalala lang po:

Bago pumasok ang mga bata sa paaralan, sana ay masilip natin ang laman ng kanilang bag.

Hindi lang ito tungkol sa papel at lapis.
Ito ay tungkol sa responsibilidad.
Ito ay tungkol sa paghahanda.
Ito ay tungkol sa paghubog ng magandang ugali.

Kapag ang bata ay laging walang gamit:

• Nahihirapan siyang sumunod sa aralin
• Naiiwan siya sa gawain
• Umaasa siya palagi sa iba
• Nabubuo ang habit na “may magbibigay naman”

Pero kapag tinuruan natin silang maging handa:

✨ Natututo silang maging responsable
✨ Natututo silang magplano
✨ Naiintindihan nila ang kahalagahan ng paghahanda
✨ Lumalakas ang kanilang sense of independence

Hindi kailangang mamahalin ang gamit.
Hindi kailangang branded.

Ang mahalaga, kumpleto at handa.

At kung minsan ay kapos talaga, huwag mahiya makipag-ugnayan sa g**o.
Mas mabuting may komunikasyon kaysa may batang tahimik na nahihirapan.

Parents, ang pagche-check ng bag ay maliit na bagay.
Pero malaking epekto nito sa pag-aaral at disiplina ng bata.

Let’s work together.

Ang edukasyon ay partnership.
Hindi lang sa loob ng classroom kundi pati sa bahay.

📚 Ang mga G**o ay Nagtuturo, Nagbibigay-inspirasyon, Gumagabay, at Nagmamalasakit…
Ngunit hindi namin dapat pasanin ang buong sistema nang mag-isa.

Sa likod ng bawat lesson plan ay g**ong nagpuyat para maghanda.
Sa likod ng bawat pagtaas ng marka ay g**ong matiyagang nag-paliwanag nang isa pang beses.
Sa likod ng bawat batang nagkakaroon ng kumpiyansa ay g**ong unang naniwala sa kanya.

Maraming papel ang ginagampanan ng g**o — tagapagturo, tagapayo, tagagabay, tagapagmotivate, at minsan ay pangalawang magulang.
Ngunit kahit gaano kalakas ang balikat, kailangan pa rin ng suporta.

Ang edukasyon ay hindi trabaho ng iisang tao.

Ito ay mas nagiging matagumpay kapag:

✔ Pinapatibay ng mga magulang ang pagkatuto sa tahanan
✔ Pinahahalagahan at nirerespeto ng komunidad ang mga g**o
✔ Nagbibigay ng sapat na gabay at kagamitan ang mga pinuno ng paaralan
✔ Pinoprotektahan at itinataguyod ng mga patakaran ang kapakanan ng mga g**o
✔ Ipinapakita ng mga mag-aaral ang pagsisikap at pananagutan

Kapag suportado ang mga g**o, nagtatagumpay ang mga mag-aaral.
Kapag labis namang nabibigatan ang mga g**o, ramdam ito ng buong sistema.

Hindi kailangang maging engrande ang pagsuporta sa mga g**o.

Maaari itong magmukhang:

✨ Pagsusuri ng school bag ng anak bago pumasok
✨ Maayos at magalang na komunikasyon
✨ Paghikayat sa anak na pahalagahan ang edukasyon
✨ Pagtataguyod ng mas maayos na mga kagamitan at pasilidad
✨ Pagpapakita ng pasasalamat — kahit simpleng “salamat” ay mahalaga

Ang mga g**o ay nakatuon sa paghuhubog ng kinabukasan.
Ngunit ang paghuhubog ng kinabukasan ay sama-samang responsibilidad.

Itigil na natin ang pag-asang kayang ayusin ng mga g**o ang lahat nang sila lang.

Mas nagiging mabisa ang edukasyon kapag lahat ay nakikibahagi.

Sama-sama tayong bumuo ng mas matatag na mga mag-aaral.
Sama-sama tayong bumuo ng mas matatag na komunidad. 💛

Upon the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and due to the prevailing inclement weather conditions affecting our municipality, classes at all levels (public and private) in the Municipality of Dimasalang are hereby SUSPENDED today February 12, 2026.

Work in all schools is likewise suspended, except for personnel involved in emergency response, disaster preparedness and other essential services.

This measure is taken to ensure the safety and protection of our learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel.

All residents are advised to remain vigilant, stay indoors when possible and monitor official announcements for further updates.

Upon the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and in consideration of the prevailing weather conditions to ensure the safety and welfare of our learners, teachers and school personnel, classes and work in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Dimasalang are hereby SUSPENDED effective 12:00 NOON today, February 9, 2026.

All concerned are advised to take the necessary precautions and stay tuned for further announcements from the Municipal Government.

CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

In view of the expected adverse weather conditions and the implementation of the No-Sailing Policy by the Philippine Coast Guard, classes at all levels (both public and private) and work in all schools in the Municipality of Dimasalang are hereby SUSPENDED on February 6, 2026.

This precautionary measure is issued to ensure the safety and welfare of our students, teachers and school personnel, particularly those who rely on sea travel.

Everyone is advised to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary travel, and continue to monitor official advisories from the Local Government Unit, our MDRRMO and concerned national agencies.

Further announcements will be issued as necessary.

In view of the expected impact of Tropical Storm Ada and upon the recommendation of the MDRRMO, classes and work in all public and private schools at all levels are hereby suspended today to ensure the safety of our students, teachers, and school personnel.

Everyone is advised to stay indoors, remain alert, and follow official advisories from PAGASA and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
