TCM10 Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the first course in the 3-year training in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. It covers foundational principles of TCM, and introduces application through health practice and basic therapies. ��

The online long course begins March 6, and runs for 10 months, every Wednesday, 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. �

We begin the Year of the Wood Dragon with a fierce start! TCM10 Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine begins on March 6, and runs for 10 months, every Wednesday, 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. This is the starting point for the 3-year training in Acupuncture, but open to all interested parties who want to learn about Chinese Medicine, health and healing, as a stand-alone course.��

脾臟 The Spleen system is nourished by foods and herbals of 甘 Sweet Flavor. These are fruits, grains and nuts. The problem with Sweet foods is excess in quantity, while deficiency in quality.
