With AI becoming more powerful every day, is there still a future for traditional colleges and universities? 🤔🎓

AI is changing how we learn—but will it change whether we need college and universities at all? Maybe in other specialization.

There are definitely challenges in teaching, especially when you are new — just like in my case. But there are also many things I am truly thankful for:

1. We do collaborative planning, so teachers support one another instead of working alone.

2. Our Maths department shares the workload well. Everyone stays on the same page, and much of the planning is already prepared. Since I’m new, I mostly go with the flow for now, but I know I’ll also have the chance to contribute more in the future.

3. The staff are generally kind, welcoming, and very supportive, especially to new staff members. Basta wag mo lng personalin kung mapagsabihan ka. Syempre, bago ka lng. Need mo pa ng maraming guidance

True happiness does not come from easy moments. It comes when you look back and realise you made it through the hard times and became stronger because of them.

Kaya kailangang lakasan ko pa ang loob ko dahil sa paghahangad ng panibago. 😄😅
