Please be informed that the renewal for CHED scholarships will be on November 23, 2015 (monday) Please bring with you the SPR (if possible complete grades)
Venue: Estrada 2nd, Brgy Zone 2 GYMNASIUM
Time: 8:00am
Note:
*WEAR your (any) black tshirt during that day (required all)
*you can bring/join with you ur parent/s
*SPR must be signed by Maam Cajes

Please be informed that the deadline for the submission of the renewal for our CHED Scholarships for the Second semester will be on November 20, 2015 (FRIDAY)
To be pass in SAO.
NOTE:
*complete grades of the previos semesters. (1st semester)
*no 7.1,7.2 and dropped grades
*lahi pud ang sa CHARM (radio) nga renewal
