Colorsteel Systems Corporation SFP PLANT is in need of the following position:
MALE-DISPATCH AUDITOR
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
HELPER

MALE-DISPATCH AUDITOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of any four-year course
-Experience as an auditor in a Logistics and/or Manufacturing industry is an advantage
-Background in inventory, auditing and fraud awareness
-Ability to apply basic calculations as related to quantities of product
-High degree of accuracy
-Can read and interpret documents and write reports
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Ability to use discretion and judgment to make timely decisions
-Ability to promote the value of integrity among employees
-Computer literate

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
-At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance operations and supervisory role.
-Preferably with experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
-Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
-Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
-Strong leadership and planning skills to supervise maintenance personnel and optimize equipment uptime.
-Proficient in maintenance reporting and scheduling, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
-Experience in roll-forming machines is preferred.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree or any related course.
-With 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
-With supervisory or team leadership experience.
-Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehouse operations.
-Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Proficient in MS Office

HELPER
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least a high school graduate
-Ability to follow instructions easily

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of BS Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related course.
-Preferably Licensed Chemist / Board Passer
-With at least 1–3 years of related work experience or exposure in the manufacturing industry.
-Experience in roofing, insulation, construction materials, or related industries is an advantage.
-Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures, laboratory testing, chemical analysis, and product evaluation.
-Knowledgeable in handling chemicals use in roofing products
-Familiar with safety procedures, and environmental compliance is an advantage.
