M Lhuillier once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the school and community by going beyond the distribution of seeds. In addition to the seeds, MLhuillier generously provided gardening tools to support the school’s gardening activities and school supplies for the learners.

Parents also received T-shirts, while snacks were provided for everyone who attended the activity. These thoughtful giveaways added meaning to the gathering and reflected MLhuillier’s continued generosity and support for the school community.

The Girl Scouts of Egmedio Fernando Elementary School (EFES) proudly participated in the 2-Day District Camporal held on September 25–26, 2026, joining fellow scouts from across the President Roxas South District in meaningful activities that promoted leadership, teamwork, discipline, and self-reliance.

Throughout the camp, the scouts actively engaged in various outdoor learning experiences and character-building activities that strengthened their confidence and camaraderie.

On September 26, 2026, the Star Scouts also arrived and took part in the camp, adding to the spirit of unity and enthusiasm among the participants.

EFES commends its Girl Scouts and Star Scouts for representing the school with pride and for embracing the values of service, responsibility, and leadership through the scouting movement.

The seminar featured 𝙈𝙨. 𝙅𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙦𝙪𝙚, 𝙍𝙉𝘿, and 𝙈𝙨. 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙈. 𝘼𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙨, 𝙍𝙉, as resource persons. They shared valuable insights on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle practices, and the important role of parents in supporting their children's well-being and academic success.

The activity highlighted the shared commitment of EFES and M Lhuillier to strengthening home-school partnerships and empowering families to create a nurturing environment where learners can thrive.

𝗠𝗟 𝗔𝗻𝗶 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗦 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺

Egmedio Fernando Elementary School (EFES) officially launched the ML Ani Project, a M Lhuillier-supported initiative that provides vegetable seeds for the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program to sustain the school's feeding efforts for learners not covered by the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP).

The project seeks to establish a sustainable school garden that will supply fresh vegetables for the school's School-Initiated Intervention (SII) Feeding Program. The initiative is intended to benefit learners who are not included among the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) beneficiaries, allowing more children to receive nutritious meals through produce harvested from the school garden.

The launching highlighted the shared commitment of the school and M Lhuillier to promoting nutrition, food security, and learner well-being. Through the ML Ani Project, EFES continues to expand sustainable initiatives that support children's health while encouraging community participation in school-based programs.

A significant milestone in promoting learners' health and well-being was celebrated as Egmedio Fernando Elementary School (EFES) officially received its 𝙈𝙇 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙉𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙩 𝙀𝙁𝙀𝙎 (Feeding Center) during a Turn-Over Program held on September 25, 2026.

The program commenced with the Turn-Over Ceremony, followed by the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and a Feeding Center Tour, symbolizing the official opening of the facility that will strengthen the implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program and provide a more conducive space for nourishing EFES learners.

The event was graced by 𝙈𝙨. 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙍. 𝘼𝙡𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧, ML OPEC-Kulintang President of CotaMagui; 𝙈𝙨. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙀𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙖, 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙨. 𝙅𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝙂𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙜𝙖, ML Regional Manager of CotaMagui; together with the 𝙈𝙇 𝘼𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙨. Also present were 𝘿𝙧. 𝙅𝙚𝙢𝙯 𝘽. 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙤, Public Schools District Supervisor of President Roxas South District, and 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙡 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖, representative of the Barangay Local Government Unit.

The successful realization of this project reflects the power of partnership and shared commitment to education and child nutrition. The school community extends its heartfelt gratitude to M Lhuillier for its generous support and unwavering dedication to improving the lives of young learners.

Teachers, non-teaching personnel, and PTA Officials proudly joined the President Roxas South District PTA Day cm Teachers' Day Celebration on September 19, 2026.

The day was filled with fun, camaraderie, and appreciation as everyone actively participated in the Fun Run and other exciting activities that strengthened our unity as one district family.

The celebration became even more meaningful as participants received well-deserved awards in recognition of their participation and contributions.

Thank you to everyone who made this event a memorable success. Together, we continue to build a stronger partnership for quality education.

The Reading Coordinator and Grade 4–6 teachers of DepEd RXII Egmedio Fernando ES actively participated in the In-Service Training on Strengthening Competencies in the Administration, Scoring, Interpretation, and Utilization of the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) held on September 11, 2026 at DCBJCES Hall.

The school also takes pride in 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝑻. 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒔, who served as one of the Resource Persons, sharing her expertise in strengthening teachers' competence in the proper administration and utilization of Phil-IRI to improve learners' reading outcomes.

Together, we continue to build a culture of excellence in literacy instruction.

The activity was facilitated by our dedicated 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬: 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐞 𝐑. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨, 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐃. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐓. 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐋. 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 who shared valuable knowledge, strategies, and best practices to strengthen teaching and learning.
