We started the morning with 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘬 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴—understanding hazards, community response, and how to stay calm and coordinated when emergencies strike. 🌐⚠️

From there, we moved into 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱 training: checking vital signs, proper handling of injuries, and learning how to use a 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘳 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘨𝘦 for support, immobilization, and wound care. 🩹✨

In the afternoon, we shifted to 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆. We discussed fire types, risk assessment, and the proper use of extinguishers before heading to Laurel Field for a live demo. 🔥🧯

Each of us had the chance to operate an extinguisher and put out a controlled fire—equal parts intense and empowering.

Good day, Lyceans!

In recent event, we experienced an unexpected earthquake. By God’s grace, we are all safe — surviving through His guidance and protection.

However, our fellow Filipinos in 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙤 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡, especially in the Municipality of 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙮, are currently facing a crisis. Many residents are struggling to meet their basic needs and survive during this difficult time.

In light of this, we are encouraging everyone to extend their 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒃𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔.
