The Davao del Sur Cobra claimed 2nd Place in the 110m Hurdles – Secondary Boys Finals at the Davao Regional Athletic Association Meet in Tagum City. After finishing sixth in his DAVRAA debut last year, Dexter turned setbacks into strength, proving that dedication and relentless training truly pay off.

His confidence soared after winning gold at the Batang Pinoy National Championships, fueling his determination to rise higher this season. Now, with a silver medal finish, he sets his sights on qualifying for the Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur.

Guided by Coach Jun Rey C. Fiel, Assistant Coach Mary Ruth P. Lagamayo, and Trainer Earl Herson B. Laput, Dexter’s journey reflects perseverance, discipline, and heart.
