Classes at Matanao Central Elementary School will officially resume on June 15, 2026. We look forward to welcoming our learners back to school as we continue the School Year 2026–2027.

As we return to our regular class schedule, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant, stay safe, and always be prepared for emergencies. Let us continue to prioritize safety while fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

Please be advised that the class suspension applies only to learners. Teachers and school personnel are advised to report for duty as scheduled to prepare classrooms and school facilities for the safe resumption of classes on June 15.

𝓜𝓪𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓪𝓸 𝓒𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓵 𝓔𝓵𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓪𝓻𝔂 𝓢𝓬𝓱𝓸𝓸𝓵 officially commenced School Year 2026-2027 with its First Flag Ceremony, bringing together learners, teachers, school personnel and parents in a spirit of unity, commitment and enthusiasm for another year of learning.

The program served as an opportunity to introduce the dedicated teaching and non-teaching personnel who will guide, support and inspire our learners throughout the school year.

Although we encountered an unexpected earthquake after the program, it did not deter us from pursuing our mission. Instead, it strengthened our commitment to remain resilient, prepared and focused on ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

As we embark on this new academic journey, we look forward to more meaningful learning experiences, success, growth and remarkable achievements. Together, let us make School Year 2026-2027 a fruitful and successful journey for every learner.

At Matanao Central Elementary School, challenges may arise, but our commitment to educating and empowering our learners remains steadfast.

In light of the recent earthquake and in support of the safety and well-being of all learners, teachers, and personnel, we are sharing Executive Order No. 103 issued by the Office of the Municipal Mayor.

Following the recent earthquake, we are thankful to report that all learners, teachers, and school personnel are safe and accounted for.

The safety and well-being of our school community remain our highest priority.

Thank you to our Principal, teachers, staff, learners, parents, and local authorities for their cooperation and vigilance.

We also like to express our sincere gratitude to our Municipal Mayor who immediately conducted safety checks and monitoring procedures to ensure the welfare of everyone.
