DUGAYAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL | IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) 2026 – DAY 2
“Empowering Teachers, Strengthening Education.”
On September 10, 2026, Dugayan Elementary School, Langilan District successfully conducted Day 2 of its In-Service Training (INSET) for Teachers, a meaningful professional development activity aimed at enhancing teachers’ knowledge, skills, and readiness in delivering quality education.

1st Resource Speaker: Ma’am Cherish Jade Baldomar, Master Teacher II
She discussed the following important DepEd Orders that serve as essential guides for effective teaching and professional growth:
* DO No. 015, s. 2026 – Classroom Assessment
* DO No. 016, s. 2026 – ILAW Lesson Planning
* DO No. 014, s. 2026 – Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies
* DO No. 14, s. 2017 – Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST)
* DO No. 89, s. 2025 – Guidelines on Multi-Year PMES for Teachers
2nd Resource Speaker: Ma’am Mary Cris Bangiban, Grade 6 Adviser
She shared essential knowledge on school safety through the following topics:
* School Safety Drill
* School Contingency Plan for Active Attacks
Day 2 of the INSET provided teachers with valuable learning experiences that strengthened their professional competence and reinforced our collective commitment to delivering quality education while ensuring a safe, prepared, and resilient learning environment for all.
