𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞!

During the first day of Brigada Eskwela, all Grade 9 advisers have received their two (2) trash bins completing the materials needed for the opening of classes. These materials include section placard, and first-aid kit which they have received previously. On top of this, 1 gallon of paint is also distributed to all those advisers who were listed during the last Grade Level Meeting.

The Grade 9 Faculty expresses its appreciation to the leadership of our Grade Level Head, ma'am Mharbie Faith A. Manuel, gratitude to the the School Parent-Teacher Association headed by ma'am Maricar Jade L. Sumaliday, and to all the students of batch 2025-2026 who made this possible.

𝐑𝐞𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐲 𝐧𝐚 𝐛𝐚?

The entire Grade 9 Faculty has actively participated during the Division-led Training on Revised Curriculum for Grades 6, 9, and 10 at La Filipina National High School, May 26-28, 2026. The Revised K-10 Curriculum will be implemented starting this School Year, 2026-2027.

This training will not only equip the Grade 9 Faculty with enough knowledge regarding with the changes in the curriculum, but this will also help them design lesson plans, and assessment materials which are contextualized, and aligned with the Content Standards set by the Department of Education.

𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔!

Through last school year’s partnered Income Generating Project of Student, Parent, and Teacher Association (SPTA) headed by ma’am Maricar Jade Sumaliday, and Grade 9 Level headed by ma’am Mharbie Faith A. Manuel along with the efforts of Grade 9 advisers, and participation of batch 2025-2026, incoming students for school year 2026-2027 and the entire 𝟑𝟓 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 of Grade 9 will have placards and first aid kits.

These two items will be very beneficial in various school events, and most importantly during unforeseen emergency situations. Ligtas at handa!

City Highers are advised to take note of the following reminders from the school administration:

👕 Starting June 8, 2026, all students from Grades 7–12 (including transferees) are required to wear the complete school uniform upon entry to the school.

👤 Effective June 8, 2026, no further enrollees will be accepted as classes officially begin on this date. Please ensure all enrollment concerns are completed ahead of time.

⛑️ In line with SDRRM safety and disaster preparedness protocols, all students are required to bring their complete earthquake preparedness kit, with hard hats as a priority item, starting June 8, 2026. This is to ensure readiness and safety in the event of emergencies or unforeseen disasters.

All City Highers know this by now! Wearing the prescribed uniform is mandatory during school days. 👀 To our incoming City Highers, don’t worry — we prepared a guide for you. And remember, wearing your complete and proper uniform includes practicing proper grooming and observing the school dress code at all times.

So, prepare your neckties, find your socks, and double-check if you already have the correct blouse or polo as early as now! You may have your uniform tailored to your preferred fit, reuse your sibling’s old uniforms, or visit our preloved booth during the upcoming Brigada Eskwela. 💙

The Grade 9 Faculty with the Administration, and other guests gather in the afternoon, the same day of the 57th Recognition Rites to share a sumptuous meal. Through numerous sponsors' generosity, and the leadership of our grade level head, ma'am Mharbie Faith A. Manuel, the teachers, admin, and staff have truly enjoyed the meal, and made new memories as they close this chapter of School Year 2025-2026.
