On behalf of the entire Secondary Delegation of Tarragona, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to all those who, in one way or another, supported our athletes during the Provincial Meet held last February 1-7, 2025 at Lupon, Davao Oriental
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tarragona, headed by our Honorable Mayor Samuel L. Uy and Vice Mayor Nestor L. Uy, for their all-out financial and moral support. Your presence at our delegation quarters was truly uplifting and served as a great source of inspiration to our athletes, coaches, trainers, and staff.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to our District Supervisor, Mr. Zaldy Pido, for his invaluable guidance and support. Your encouragement and leadership have greatly contributed to the preparation and overall experience of our delegation.
To our athletes, who gave their best and carried the pride of our school and municipality—thank you for your hard work, perseverance, and dedication. Win or lose, you have made us all proud with your courage and sportsmanship.
To the School heads of Secondary and Integrated Schools, sports coordinator, coaches, trainers, and chaperons, and, your patience and guidance played a vital role in shaping our athletes. Your sacrifices, sleepless nights, and unwavering belief in their abilities did not go unnoticed.
To Kap Fiel Melan Bulaong and the parents, for unwavering support, prayers, and words of encouragement which kept our athletes motivated throughout the competition.
To our kitchen personnel, who tirelessly prepared meals for the delegation, ensuring that everyone was well-nourished and energized throughout the competition—thank you for your invaluable service.
Though we may not have reached our ultimate goal, the encouragement we have given to one another, along with the overwhelming support of our LGU, makes us all feel like winners. The true essence of competition is not just about bringing home medals but about the lessons learned, friendships built, and the fighting spirit we carried throughout the games.
Once again, daghang salamat to everyone who made this journey a meaningful and memorable one. We move forward with pride, knowing that with unity and support, greater victories await us in the future.
