Tigbawan Elementary School community—administration, teachers, and staff—expresses heartfelt thanks to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) of Baganga for their timely and essential support. The Psychosocial Stress Debriefing session provided to our teachers following the 7.6-magnitude earthquake was instrumental in fostering emotional recovery and resilience. Your expertise and dedication in offering coping strategies have empowered our faculty to continue their vital work with renewed strength and focus.

The entire Tigbawan Elementary School community acknowledges and appreciates MSWD Baganga's unwavering commitment to our well-being during this challenging period.

Baganga South District MTB and GMRC Coordinators enthusiastically participated in the Upskilling of Teachers in Content, Learning Resources, Assessment and Pedagogy (CLAP)

Expertly led by the two esteemed Master Teachers: Ma'am Donna Villa M. Sacaon, a Master Teacher III from BCES, and Ma'am Ana Borra, a Master Teacher I from Salingcomot ES. Their expertise shone through as they expertly guided participants through the intricacies of CLAP, sharing innovative strategies and practical techniques. Their presentations were not merely lectures; they were engaging dialogues, fostering interaction and collaboration among the attendees.

Adding further weight to the occasion was the presence of PSDS Dr. Manuel P. Vallejo, whose support underscored the district's commitment to teacher professional development. His attendance served as a powerful symbol of encouragement, reinforcing the importance of the CLAP training in the district's overall educational strategy.
