A chance to learn.
A chance to be heard.
A chance to believe that their future still holds something beautiful.
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐.๐.๐. โ Kaalam, Kwarta, Kauswag was never just about completing a requirement. It became a journey of restoring hope, empowering communities, and proving that genuine service begins when compassion is turned into action.
Behind every smile were stories of resilience.
Behind every lesson were dreams waiting to grow.
And behind every opportunity was the reminder that progress becomes meaningful when no one is left behind.
As this immersion comes to an end, one thing remains certain:
the impact of service rooted in heart will continue far beyond this moment.
Because real change does not always start with grand gestures.
Sometimes, it starts with listening.
With believing.
With giving people another reason to keep going.
Kaalam. Kwarta. Kauswag.
Not just words, but a promise of hope, dignity, and a better tomorrow.

Empowered through Service, United in Purpose, and Resilient in Every Step.
Not every journey is measured by distanceโsome are measured by the people who leave footprints on your heart. And in a world that moves fast, this immersion taught us to slow down and listen.
Every frame in this video carries stories of resilience, hope, and people who welcomed us with open hearts.

To the residents of Barangay 21-C, thank you for opening your community and sharing your stories with us. Your kindness, warmth, and trust made this experience meaningful beyond the classroom. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ยฆยฆ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ 2026: USeP-NSTP conducts first joint graduation between CWTS and LTS components
251 graduates from the Civic Welfare Training Service and 246 graduates from Literacy Training Service marched together in celebration of the 26th CWTS Graduation Ceremony and 1st LTS Graduation Ceremony on May 16, 2026 at the University Gym and Cultural Center (UGCC), University of Southeastern Philippines, Davao City.
The event, themed as ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐๐๐ฎ๐ค๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฒ๐จ ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ง, is a culmination of all the hardwork and efforts made by the students as they have officially completed their ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐ต๐บ๐ป๐ท) course, a mandatory requirement pursuant to the ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐ 9163 or the ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐ ๐๐ 2001. Throughout these students' journey in CWTS and LTS, they have demonstrated the ๐
๐๐๐๐๐ that they have learned from every class discussion despite the challenges that they have faced, passing it to the citizens of the barangays that they have served with during their respective community immersion activities. With constant improvement and exemplary leadership shown by the batch officers and the guidance of their mentors, the finale became even more impactful and memorable to everyone who were present during the event.
Among those who were also there during the event are Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jeneifer C. Nueva; NSTP Head Dir. Virnalisi C. Mindaรฑa; NSTP Coordinator Mr. Warlot Abobo; CWTS/LTS instructor Mx. Dheby Bon A. Delicano; sign language interpreter and LTS 2 instructor Mr. Jenny L. Abasto; and officials Brgy. Captain Jose L. Gamolo and Kagawad Edgar Pile of Brgy. 17-B. However, none from Brgy. Agdao Proper, Brgy. 12-B, Brgy. 20-B, and Brgy. 21-C were present in the ceremony due to prior commitments.
Certificates and awards were given to this year's batch officers from CWTS and LTS for their outstanding performance in fulfilling their role as leaders during the entire NSTP period. On the other hand, certificates of completion were already given to all students, along with a customized pin dedicated to each LTS student.
Then, in her heartfelt message to the graduates, VPAA Nueva encouraged everyone to carry the values that they have learned from their NSTP journey by continuing to show kindness and compassion towards the community, as public service and leadership do not end after graduation.
"๐ผ๐๐๐ [๐ฐ ๐๐๐๐] ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐

Afterwards, everyone had their chance to look on their journey as video presentations were shown on screen for the last time, which filled the venue with laughter, emotion, and empowerment for the success of their projects.
Furthermore, sharing from her experience as the pioneering LTS Batch President, Ms. Angel Kim B. Racho defined leadership not as hypocrisy nor dishonesty, but rather as humans trying their best to be strong for others despite having to carry their own weight.

Ms. Racho said.
To formally and officially mark their membership as part of the ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐ (๐ต๐บ๐น๐ช), the graduates took their Pledge of Commitment, which was led by CWTS Batch President Ms. Glyza Jea D. Indiola, while the officers took their oath as the newly appointed NSRC officers.
Following this, everyone stood together as they sang and danced to "Hiraya" by SPC Souls for the batch's community song.
Moreover, NSTP instructor Mx. Dheby Delicano thanked everyone, including the organizers and partners, for the support that they have given and for contributing to the success of this year's NSTP batch. She also reminded everyone to embody the values of volunteerism and patriotism in serving the people.
As the ceremony came to an end, the students, school administrators, and esteemed guests took photos as a remembrance to the fruition of all the hardwork that was finally paid off through this event.
Congratulations, graduates! Padayon ta sa matinuod-on nga pagserbisyo sa katawhan!
