📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

RELEASE OF STUDENT CLEARANCE

The Office of Student Affairs announces the official release of Student Clearance exclusively for graduating students for the SY 2025–2026.

📅 Date: April 13– May 25, 2026 (Monday to Friday only)

🕘 Schedule:

Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon:
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Mon-Thurs)
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Friday)

⚠️ Important Reminder:
Only graduating students will be accommodated during this schedule. Please follow scheduled time to ensure a smooth and organized process.

Good day, Philwomenians!

Please be guided that an Attendance Check will be implemented during the three days of the Intramurals.

All students are required to log in upon arrival and log out before leaving the campus.

Before leaving the campus, students must also log out at the same station to complete their attendance for the day.

Please be reminded that logging in and leaving the campus is strictly prohibited. Random attendance checks will be conducted throughout the day.

Students who fail to complete the log-in or log-out procedure may be marked absent.

We encourage everyone to stay, participate, and support the different activities prepared for this year’s Intramurals.
