The PEAC strongly urges the immediate approval of the Basic Education Voucher Program Act that will be critical in strengthening access to quality education and ensuring the continuity of government assistance for millions of Filipino learners, most especially the expansion of the subsidy program to include K-6 learners.

The PEAC has consistently supported the proposed legislation and emphasized the importance of sustaining policy direction, preserving implementation continuity, and ensuring institutional stability that will contribute to the long-term success of the program.

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2026, the following requirements must be accomplished by all ESC and SHS-VP applicants for School Year 2026–2027. Additionally, the new ESC, SHS-VP application form, and the Affidavit of Financial Capacity form will be distributed once the official forms are released through a DepEd memo.

Students who do not have ESC grants from their previous private schools are requested to visit the official PEAC website and comply with all the requirements needed for the application process.
