Parents, please don’t compare your kids. I’ve seen this so often: one child gets a diagnosis right away because the traits are “obvious,” while another is overlooked because they can talk or don’t show the same behaviours. Every child is different, and maladaptive behaviours are just as important to address. If you have concerns, ask your pediatrician. Early support matters. ❤️

I don’t use punishment in my work.
I focus on positive reinforcement, encouraging helpful behaviour by adding something meaningful, like praise, attention, or a preferred activity.

Children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and understood.
It’s not about control. It’s about connection.💖

Not random. Not naughty. Just functional.
Here’s a fun breakdown of why your autistic child might be screaming, side-eyeing, or climbing the fridge - spoiler: it makes sense.

Thinking about stem-cell therapy for autism? Read this first.

Despite the hype, stem-cell therapy is not an evidence-based treatment for autism.
The FDA has issued warnings about unapproved and potentially unsafe stem-cell products.
The WHO has no recommendations supporting it for autism.
And as a BCBA, I follow science and ethics - not trending miracle cures.

Before investing time, money, and hope, do your research.

Today is Autism Awareness Day. And for me, it’s personal.

My daughter Poly was diagnosed as autistic at age 2. Diagnosed with anxiety disorder at age 9 and ADHD at 10. She’s the reason I became a BCBA. I built Curiosity Club because of her, because I wanted to understand her world, not change it.

Poly taught me that learning doesn’t only happen in classrooms- it happens in kitchens, in living rooms, in moments between routines. One day, she looked at her grandma and said, “A house can be a school too.”
And she was right.

So today, I’m not just raising awareness, I’m celebrating everything she’s taught me.

Class is always in session when you’re raising someone this curious.

Parents and professionals in the Philippines, it’s time to take a closer look at what ABA should be.

It’s not just about compliance or rewards. It’s about consent, collaboration, and ethical support - guided by qualified professionals.

Let’s talk about it.

“So… what exactly do you do?” 🤨

I get this question ALL. THE. TIME.

Short answer: I help people understand and improve behavior using science! 🧠🔍

Long answer: I run The Curiosity Club, where I work with kids (on the spectrum) to figure out why behaviors happen and how to support growth, independence, and communication. Think of me as a detective for behavior- except instead of solving crimes, I’m solving meltdowns, social struggles, and daily challenges. 🕵️‍♀️✨

And no, I don’t “control people’s minds”- but I do help make life a little easier for them (and their families). 💡
