"This journey has been filled with long nights, endless reviews, and moments of doubt — but by God’s grace, I made it through.
After my total thyroidectomy, I spent a year in recovery. It was a season full of setbacks — electrolyte imbalances, dizziness, and weakness — and I questioned many times whether I should still pursue my dream. Yet deep within, a whisper urged me: “Go on and pursue your heart’s desire.”
On the day of my exam, it rained heavily. I walked nearly a kilometer to the venue, drenched and shivering despite my jacket. I arrived an hour and a half early, uneasy but determined. I took my prescribed medicine, prayed, and surrendered everything to the Lord. My computer shut down at 85 questions out of 150, leaving me anxious and overthinking — but still trusting His will.
🙏 I want to thank God Almighty for giving me this opportunity and showing me the light.
💖 To my family — your love, prayers, and encouragement carried me through. To my mom, Marilou Bala Sales, who never left my side; to my husband, Will Batista, and my daughter, Ma Wynnet Kae Baptista, my forever inspiration.
Wynnet’s persistence — handing me my review materials, headset, and laptop every day, pushing me to keep going — kept me motivated, fueled, and energized.
