โ€‹On September 26, 2026, Davao Young Executives (DYE) had the privilege of joining the Aviation Management Students Association (AMSA) for their Leadership Training Program, dedicated to empowering student leaders from AMSA and the Asian International School of Aeronautics and Technology (AISAT).

โ€‹Representing DYE, our Community Lead Mr. Christian Geonzon, along with DYE Members Ms. Charlene Leigh Alvero and Ms. Pamela Guia Agustin, led interactive sessions on leadership and project management. Together, we explored how effective planning, ex*****on, and compassionate leadership work hand in hand. It was a great reminder that true leadership isn't just about holding a position, but about commitment, heart, and lifting others up as we build projects that matter.
