Students gathered at the PL Hall for the Global Leadership Seminar featuring, ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ, ๐.๐., Clinical Associate Professor from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, Texas, USA. ๐บ๐ธ
As the guest speaker, she delivered an engaging discussion that explored the realities of leadership in a rapidly changing and interconnected world, encouraging participants to reflect on their roles beyond local communities.
Throughout the seminar, she spoke about leadership and the need for global awareness in a changing world. She explained that leadership begins with understanding people and responding to real situations with integrity. She encouraged students to think carefully before making decisions and to act with clear purpose.
Drawing from her experience in teaching and working with students, she showed how young leaders can grow through learning and reflection. She reminded the audience that leadership is not only about position but about influence and responsibility. Her message challenged students to become leaders who are thoughtful, aware, and willing to make a difference in todayโs connected world.
