CALL FOR ABSTRACTS | The University of the Philippines Mindanao would like to invite researchers to participate in the Joint Conference and Symposium on Health, which will be held on the 14-15 November 2024 in Davao City, Philippines.

The International Conference for Interdisciplinary Approaches to Health (ICIAH2024) aims to bring together experts and knowledge from across the various fields and disciplines—from disease surveillance and diagnostics, mathematical modeling and quantitative methods, to qualitative investigations—in order to answer our most pressing challenges in health. We are interested in studies that offer insights and actionable recommendations that cut across geopolitical and disciplinal boundaries. The conference is organized by the Mindanao Center for Disease Watch and Analytics (DiWA).

The Mindanao Symposium Series aims to foster discussion among stakeholders about various issues affecting Mindanao and the rest of the country, as well as help shape the agenda for R&D in shared areas of concern. For the Mindanao Symposium on Inclusive and Resilient Health Systems, we are interested in health-related research that explore the current state of the health system in the Philippines and/or provide recommendations towards making the system more inclusive and resilient. This symposium is organized by the UPMin Office of Research.

Deadline for the submission of abstracts for both oral and poster presentations on 30 June 2024.
