"Starting Anew. Ushering in the New Toastmasters Year"
The meeting occurred on the regular TM schedule, as a hybrid meeting, on July 16, 2026. The theme of the night was "A New Beginning," to mark the new Toastmasters year. The VP Education, TM Ed, presided over the meeting in the president's absence. The meeting flowed smoothly, with the invocation, the introduction of the Toastmaster of the Night, TM Christian, and the table topics, which were filled with questions that challenged each speaker to put themselves in a new context and gain a different perspective. Following this was the prepared speech by TM William, "Breaking Bad; Breaking Bad Habits." Lastly, the evaluation was highlighted by AD Leonard, who highlighted how in Toastmasters, it is about doing more than learning, which is what the evaluation portion is all about. Lastly, all the guests gave their comments, ending the night on a bright and sound note.
